The following policy applies to U.S. domestic orders only. All sales are final for international orders.
To qualify for free returns, items must be received back to our fulfillment center in unworn condition with original tags within 30 days of the original shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Please contact us directly – email@example.com for a prepaid return label. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment upon receipt of goods and approval upon inspection. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to reject any worn or damaged garments. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 Days of original order shipment date. Because our stock fluctuates daily, we are unable to process exchanges. You will have to return the item and re-order online.
The Following Items Are Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
- All sale items.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If you received an order from Aeidáine as a gift, we will issue you a store credit for the current value of the returned item(s) to your account. Please contact us directly – firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens to returned items that I used a promo code on? Can I return an item that I bought on sale?
If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

How to Prepare Your Return:
Step 1: Place your item(s) in unworn condition with original tags attached along with the order invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. If you’ve misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, click on your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out. We cannot process returns without the original invoice.
Step 2: Affix the pre-approved shipping label to your package and make sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on the package. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. We will email you once we process your return.
